Fern Adler Tilliss remembered…
December 7, 1924 – October 17, 2009
Fern Shirley Karsh – Adler Tilliss age 84, of Rollinsville Colorado passed peacefully in her Rollinsville home October 17, 2009 of heart disease.
Fern was born in Denver December 7, 1924 second daughter of Louis and Rose Karsh of Denver. She graduated from North High School in 1942. She married the late Edwin B. Adler after WWII and settled in Denver. She was the mother of three sons – Kenneth, Dan and the late Steven Adler. Fern was remarried to Dave Tilliss in 1991 and added Steve and Larry Tilliss to her family. She is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Fern was a breast cancer survivor and a multi-faceted artist in everything she touched. We have lost a grand lady of Colorado.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be made to the MS Society of Colorado, or the Colorado Cancer Foundation.
