Dick and Alice Morton remembered…

Operating the Nifty Nook 1952 – 1972

Richard (Dick) and Alice Morton built and ran the Nifty Nook on Highway 119 about three miles from Rollinsville from 1952 to 1972 when they retired and moved back to North Dakota. Both were very avid collectors. When they retired and moved back to ND, they left behind many good friends both in the area around where their business was and also in Denver and the surrounding area.

Dick was born and raised in Max, ND, Sept 3, 1915 and he passed away on Nov. 16, 1994.

Alice was born and raised in Carpio, ND, January 7,1918, and she passed away on December 30, 2008. They didn’t have any children.
