Charles A. Picard remembered

1929 – 2009

Born July 23, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska, Charles Picard died on June 23, 2009 of lung complications. He is survived by wife of 57 years, Anna, daughter Barbara (Roy Stewart), one grandson Thor (Jessica), two great-grandchildren, Madeline & Maison, and three sisters Darlene, Vivian and Carol. He was preceded in death by son, Charles Jr., 20 year Military Service-US Army  and worked for Coors as a truck driver and Gilpin County. Charles was a 37 year Gilpin County resident. Services were held Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Ft. Logan. A wake will be held Monday, July 6, at The Last Shot from 5: – 7: p.m.
