Cloverbud Rabbits 4-H club

02/01/2007 - The Cloverbud Rabbits 4-H club met January 22. There were four members present, and one new member joined the club. The meeting opened with the 4-H Pledge.

  We discussed the gingerbread houses we made at our last meeting. Will and Eryk brought pictures of the gingerbread houses they made at home for us to see.

  Miss Amy helped us make Valentine’s cards for the troops. Our Valentine cards will be sent to Specialist Shawn Cross stationed in Baghran, Afghanistan, which he will share with A Company, 7/158th Aviation Batallion. Shawn graduated from Gilpin County High School in 2005.

  Our next meeting will be Monday, February 26th at 6:30 p.m. in the Gilpin County Exhibit Barn.
