Sound of Music coming to Black Hawk?

Press Release

ORLANDO, FLORIDA - eMax Realty Group, Inc., a subsidiary of eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets:EMXC), today announced it has signed an agreement to purchase a real estate development project in Black Hawk, Colorado. EMax Realty Group, Inc. has entered into negotiations with a Colorado based development group to construct a hotel and music entertainment resort complex slightly west of Denver in the Black Hawk Gaming District. The Black Hawk gaming district is the premier gaming destination in Colorado. It offers numerous Las Vegas style casinos and gaming facilities, but very little emphasis on musical entertainment and hotel suites.

eMax Realty is negotiating a stock and equity purchase of the development site along highway 119 entering the Black Hawk gaming district. Currently, plans are to develop 250 hotel suites conveniently surrounding a 35,000 square foot musical entertainment theatre styled after the Branson, Mo. Layout. The estimated annual revenue after completion should exceed eight million dollars based on 90% annual occupancy at a nightly rate just under $100. A major hotel chain will manage the hotel and eMax Alive, Inc. will manage the theatre. Select Black Hawk casino groups will participate in the project by guaranteeing 100% hotel occupancy and pre-purchasing complementary show tickets for their guests.
